CMO Scott Betzelos, MD leaves Inova Fairfax Hospital and moves to ThedaCare in Wisconsin. Betzelos and Kelly Armstrong, PhD were the two individuals within Inova Fairfax Hospital that engineered the taking of Anastasia February 15, 2017 which led to her horrific untimely death. Betzelos testified for Inova at the hearing and per court transcripts allegedly lied under oath. The press release mentions Betzelos served as the Cheif Patient Safety Officer in 2017. Rather than keep Anastasia safe Betzelos sent her to her death, enduring nine months of horrendous neglect and abuse.
