Virginia Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee to Study Court Appointed Guardianships

On November 16th, the third anniversary of my sisters death while in the custody of professional court appointed guardians, Virginia’s full Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC) unanimously voted to study Court Appointed Guardianships and Guardianship laws in 2021.
