The Virginia Supreme Court has scheduled our Writ Panel for Oral Argument of the Petition on December 5, 2017 at 3:00pm.
My understanding is I will be given 10 minutes to argue my petition before the panel of justices. They will then sometime shortly after make a decision on whether they will formally hear the appeal. At which time I must submit a formal brief to argue before the Court. If the entire situation was not so tragic and life threatening this might actually be exciting.
Please storm heaven with prayers for God to give Anastasia His strength to endure through it and that she will be sleeping in her own bed by the new year!!! And for me that I am able to succinctly present my argument and convince the Court that justice can and will only be served by reversing this guardianship and returning Anastasia home… also that I don’t hurl from sheer nervousness and panic or pass out mid-sentence!
